Again, you are "in" your PDF and can access the previous / next page, etc. However, you will see the following dialog:
Here you assign the beginning of an article or category. You only need to enter any value here on pages where something changes, for example, on the first page of an article or a full-page ad or where a new category begins.
Warning: Changes in this dialog are effective only when you switch to a different page or exit again the edit mode. In particular, changes in the content can be viewed only after you closed the editing.
The fields in this dialog have the following options:
Topic - specifies a category and is displayed in a grey break in the table of contents later. The category is valid until a new category is set (on a later page). To add a category, tap the plus sign and take a title.

The articles which are on the same page, will be listed in the index and you can create another article using the "add additional article on page. To navigate between multiple entries use the A or A + arrows. An edit note will be displayed in the title "article 1 on page 2" that indicates which entry you are into.
Additional entries on the page can be deleted with the "delete article" button.
Important to know:
Only entries with the type "Article" are listed in the index. So if an entry will not appear in the vertical table of contents, check the type of the entry.
Changes will only take place after switching to a different page or exit the edit mode.
In addition to the content table ("Content" button in the navigation bar) the document structure defined here also defines the preview of the document. Here, all pages of the same type (for example, all pages of an article, all sides of a multi-page display) are presented together. This will help the reader to navigate easily.
(Accessible in the navigation bar above), the document preview is not updated until you exit the current issue. So you need to go back to the cover flow view and open the copy again.
The document preview can also be used to detect whether one has forgotten to define the document structure completely.
